Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions?

What makes Fab Floors different from other epoxy floors?

We specialize in high-end epoxy coatings that offer extreme protection or a special WOW factor for unique spaces. Our finishes can provide the look of marble or quartz if desired or simply offer the best protection available for industrial applications.

What colors are available for epoxy floors?

From the marble look of our metallic epoxies to faux quartz, colored chips, solid primary colors installed in patterns and more, you color choices are nearly endless. There are dozens of colors that can be mixed and matched to create your own custom configuration. View our Product Selection Catalog here.

Can epoxy floors be used outside?

Yes. Assuming the right product is selected, epoxies make a viable outdoor finish and are fantastic for pool decks, which just happen to be one of our specialties.

How much does an epoxy floor cost?

Prices depend on factors such as how much prep needs to be done, total square footage, and the finish selected. Typically, the price falls between general flooring options like vinyl, engineered wood, and ceramic tile and luxury options like marble or exotic hardwood. We use premium components not available at any of the big box stores.

How long does it take to install epoxy floors?

Usually, installation takes between 2-3 days and several weeks, depending on square footage and finish selected. Once completed, the surface can be walked on within 24-48 hours, but heavy equipment is to be avoided for at least 7-10 days to let the epoxy fully cure.

Do you guarantee your epoxy floors?

Yes, in fact we are so confident with our product that we back up with a full 5-year warranty. We don’t cut corners on surface preparation or material quality, which means our work stands the test of time.

Who is Sioux Falls Epoxy Floors?

Many commercial construction projects come with a unique set of demands. This is especially true with floors. They must be tough and easy to clean, while still looking good, too. That stuff from the big box stores just won’t cut it. That’s why we use premium epoxy coatings available in dozens of unique styles and color combinations. Metallic epoxies are one of the hottest trends happening right now. As a company who is always focused on the next big thing, we decided to set our flooring crew free and add a new business unit called Sioux Falls Epoxy Floors. That allows us to address these beautiful and durable floors exclusive to any other construction project scope.
